Ohio Bee Pollen, 2.75 oz

Often called one of nature’s most nutrient-dense foods, bee pollen is made when honey bees collect pollen from flowering plants and mix it with a small amount of nectar and enzymes. The tiny golden granules are then packed into pellets and brought back to the hive as an important food source for the colony.

So how do people enjoy bee pollen?

• Sprinkle it over yogurt, oatmeal, smoothie bowls, or salads

• Blend it into smoothies

• Stir it into honey

• Enjoy it straight from the spoon

A little goes a long way! Many people start with ¼ teaspoon per day and gradually increase to 1 - 2 teaspoons daily as desired.

Bee pollen contains naturally occurring proteins, amino acids, vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. Because the pollen source changes throughout the season, the color and flavor can vary slightly from batch to batch, making each harvest a unique reflection of the flowers blooming in our area.

Storage: Keep bee pollen in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. For the longest shelf life and to preserve its nutritional quality, store it in the refrigerator or freezer in an airtight container

⚠️ Important: If you have a known allergy to pollen or bee products, consult your healthcare provider before consuming bee pollen and start with a very small amount.
