- ~5” long yellow peppers with a medium hot heat
- high yielding & quick to produce
- great for canning, pickling, frying, and roasting
•Poblano
- heirloom, a popular México chili pepper
- 3-6” long, dark green, heart shaped pepper with a mild hot flavor ~2000 Scoville Heat Units
- this is the classic pepper for chili rellenos and when dried makes a great red chili powder
•Sugar Rush Peach
- a long peach colored pepper that has a sweet, tropical, smoky flavor with a punch of heat
- high yields and easy to grow
- great for snacking, salsas, sauces and more!
•Paprika
- heirloom
- medium-hot peppers with a sweet flavor and crisp texture
- thin walled and great for smoking, drying, and grinding into a delicious paprika powder
•Chimayo Chili
- heirloom
- a red chili pepper from New Mexico with a sweet and slightly spicy flavor
- 4,000-6,000 Scoville Heat Units
- great for drying and cooking!
•Lemon Drop
- a yellow, thin walled pepper that reaches 2-3” in length
- a seasoning pepper with a citrusy flavor + some heat
- great for seasonings, sauces, jams & preserves
•Jigsaw
- an edible ornamental pepper that has stunning foliage in tie-dye shades of purples, creams, and greens.
- plum colored peppers that are similar in spice to that of a Tabasco pepper
- is great for containers and borders
•Jalapeño
- these green peppers are large at ~4.5” long and are smooth & glossy
- very prolific
