Sweet Joe-Pye Weed is a tall, native perennial wildflower in the aster family. It is known for its clusters of fragrant, pale pink to purple flowers that bloom in mid to late summer. The plant’s hollow stems, often tinged with purple, and whorled leaves make it a standout in moist meadows, woodland edges, and rain gardens.
