Sweet Peppers
Great for snacking, canning, salsas, cooking, and dehydrating for powders and flakes!
•Bell (green)
- large, 5” long bell peppers
- produces continuously throughout the growing season, prolific
- blocky and thick walked, peppers are green but if left on the plant they will mature to red
•Banana
- sweet pepper that will reach ~6” long and 2” wide
- translucent yellow-green, but will ripen to red-orange
- great for pickling, in salads, or on pizzas!
•Lunchbox
- red, orange, or yellow snacking peppers ~3” long
- crisp with a sweet and fruity flavor and will maintain freshness when refrigerated
- great for eating fresh!
•Blot
- sunset colored peppers that can reach up to 6” in length
- thick walled, crisp, and juicy
- great for snacking, salads, and cooking!
•Shishito
- 3" long peppers that ripen from green to red
- great for making tempura & other traditonal recipes
- mild flavor with a bit of spice
